[classy=app_field3]KINGDOM[/classy] unfortunately, gavin has no recollection of the exact details of his home town nor his childhood, there are some occasions when fragments of his memories do return, but all he remembers is a dying country. the sky filled with smoke, homes burning to the ground, and the agonizing cries of the townspeople holding on to dear life to what appeared to be a wooden fence. everything else is just a blank to him. he does not even remember if he had a family or was an orphan trying to survive. next thing he remembers was the sea and spending most of his youth on a boat and working different jobs at a young age. he was given his name by the captain of the boat. he spent most of his youth traveling by boat to different locations and living the life of a vagabond. in other words, he never really had a permanent home. [classy=app_field3]OTHER[/classy] due to his experience in travel and adept ability to adapt to most working environments, gavin could be considered a genius servant of the sort. however, he is an underachiever who would much rather trick another servant into doing his work through blackmail or irresponsibly gambling (and cheating). he tends to be very lazy and often puts off his job to the last minute only to complete his task seconds before his boss shows up. fortunately, gavin is always one step ahead and often plans out his work schedule. aside from chores and housework, he is very proficient in hand-to-hand combat... but he would much rather avoid fighting since its too much of a hassle and drains his stamina. unbeknownst to most people, gavin suffers from a sleeping disorder known as narcolepsy. he often hides this defect by spending most of his time lazing around or at times hides when he feels his body giving up on him and succumbing to sleep. this really gets in the way of his work, but despite being selfish and manipulative, he does not want anyone to worry about him or treat him differently because of his disability.[/classy] |
